Chad Stephan has spent nearly four decades in the manufactured housing industry, with experience spanning retail sales, general management, operations, land/home transactions, construction lending, and mortgage origination. He spent more than 30 years in manufactured housing retail before moving into lending, giving him experience on both sides of the transaction.
Today, Chad focuses primarily on manufactured-home financing, including land/home purchases, construction transactions, and the unusual property, title, and site situations that often accompany them. His approach is straightforward: understand the customer’s situation early, explain the moving parts in plain language, and help establish a realistic path forward before unnecessary time or money is spent.
Chad believes experience is most valuable when it helps make a complicated process feel understandable.
