With 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Melinda Graves-Brown has built her career around one simple belief: homeownership starts with education.
Known as the **#GirlNextDoorLender**, Melinda takes a personal, down-to-earth approach to mortgage lending. She believes every borrower deserves someone who will listen to their story, explain their options, and help them find the right path forward. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, an experienced homeowner, or a borrower whose situation requires a little creative problem-solving, Melinda’s goal is to make the mortgage process easier to understand and less intimidating.
As a Producing Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer with Geneva Financial, Melinda brings decades of experience working with a wide variety of borrowers and financing needs. She especially enjoys educating clients about credit, financial preparation, and the steps they can take to become mortgage-ready—not just today, but for the future.
Melinda is an **Arkansas State University alumna**, a member of **Searcy First Methodist Church**, and a proud mother. She believes strongly in family, faith, community, and giving people the knowledge and encouragement they need to move forward.
Outside of mortgages, Melinda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being involved in her community, and finding any excuse to laugh and enjoy life.
**25 years of experience making clients homeowners through education, creative financing, and a whole lot of heart.**
