He has a simple approach to mortgage lending, which is structuring the loan to best serve his clients’ long term financial needs while ensuring that they receive the best rate possible. With his years of experience in the industry, he has developed a thorough understanding of lending guidelines and product knowledge which enables him to close more loans, while keeping the client and Realtor(s) informed.
Bobby will do everything in his power to offer the best rate on the product best suited to his client(s). His organization and efficiency ensures that his client(s) receive consolidated information requests and are positioned to close on time.
