Cendy is one of a kind. Depending on which personality test you ask, she is defined as an “enthusiast,” a “woo girl,” and an “ESFP – extrovert, sensing, feeling, perceiving” individual. The one thing that drives her is her love of helping people. She started her career as a corporate event planner back in 2004, helping clients throw amazingly elaborate and fun events and conferences. Looking for a new challenge, she decided to come party in the mortgaging world where she can still help clients and hopes to put the fun in funding.
Cendy understands that buying or refinancing a home is equal parts excitement, trepidation, and anxiety! Her greatest desire is to not only bring comfort and celebration to the process but to also help make it as smooth as possible. She wants to help her clients reach their goals and dreams! There is no one-size-fits-all to mortgages and Cendy is excited to seek out the best solution for you and your needs.
Cendy moved from Florida to Arizona with her husband back in 2012 and has fallen in love with the unique desert landscape. (The lack of humidity might have something to do with that.) When she is not busy with clients, she can be found paddle boarding or tubing down the Salt River or chauffeuring her 5 year old daughter around town to various activities. She loves popcorn, puppies, and all things pink!
