Over the years, she has teamed up with the other half of #TeamFoster, Jimmy Foster, Jr., to help clients become first time homeowners, refinance their home loans or obtain a home renovation loan . She is usually the first one to speak with their clients when a call or application comes to them. Her upfront transparency and candid conversations provide clients with a calm during what they may expect to be a grueling process. Felicia has been married to Jimmy Foster, Jr. for 23 years and together they have an adult daughter and a teen son. In addition to seeing clients close on their various types of loans, she loves baking, genealogy research, making memories with family, cruising and Marriage Ministry.
