Jennifer Miller, founder of The Miller Mortgage Team and Branch Manager with Geneva Financial, moved to South Carolina from Seattle Washington in the spring of 1999 at the age of 18. She is a firm believer of “Dreams don’t work unless you do.” She entered the mortgage world by chance in 2006, but has stayed all these years by choice. Jennifer dedicates her time to working hand-in-hand with clients and real estate agents to help them reach their dreams. Over the years she has helped thousands of families on their Home Ownership journey.
National Mortgage Professional Magazine recognized her as one of Mortgage Banking’s Most Powerful Women. Knowledge, education, and awareness are important to Jennifer so it is no surprise that training has been an important part of Jennifer’s career. She teaches marketing courses to her agents, showing them how to get the best organic reach with social media, how to tackle generational selling, business planning, time management, and much more. She is a Financial Literacy Advocate and a Social Media Mentor.
Jennifer especially loves helping Veterans. As the “Veteran Mortgage Warrior” she works to help Veterans and Active Duty Service Men/Women achieve their dream of homeownership, while also raising awareness nationally in the Lending and Real Estate world for how to best serve veteran clients. In addition to being a member of the Veteran Lending Council, she is also a Certified Veteran Mortgage Advisor, a Certified Veteran Lending Specialist, and Veteran Advocate.
She and her husband Adam reside in Simpsonville. Their son Dylan is in the United States Navy and their daughter Kaitlyn started attending college in 2022. They share their recently empty nest with their French Bulldogs Tori, Cooper, and Poppy.
