Elizabeth has overseen the closing and funding operations for leading mortgage lenders with a nationwide presence. Elizabeth has more than 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry, spanning various roles and functions, from compliance and risk analysis to portfolio and customer service management.
She comes to us from Plant Home Lending where she served as the Vice President of National Closing/Funding. Throughout her career she has achieved elevating customer service satisfaction scores, significantly reducing cost to cure by implementing technology enhancements in the LOS, and finally she significantly reduced compliance and QC findings from an all-time high to below the metric marker.
She is passionate about delivering quality service to our clients, ensuring adherence to federal and state laws, and streamlining processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Elizabeth also enjoys mentoring and coaching team members through servant leadership, empowering them to achieve their goals and advance their careers.
