We are excited to introduce Melissa Harmon as our new Senior Vice President of Operations.
Melissa brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, along with a deep and comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and underwriting. She has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, consistently driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across complex lending environments.
Known for her dependable and solutions-oriented approach, Melissa is committed to supporting both operations and sales teams with a borrower-first mindset. Her experience spans the full mortgage lifecycle, with a particular strength in optimizing workflows while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. A strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving, Melissa approaches challenges with curiosity and determination, treating each one like a puzzle to be solved. This analytical mindset, combined with her collaborative leadership style, enables her to guide teams toward high performance and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her three huskies Cali, Gus, and Maverick. She also loves reading, listening to music, and (one day!) hopes to own mini cows.
