This quick, nourishing bowl comes together in minutes and is perfect for keeping things light and easy while still feeling satisfying. It’s easy to customize with whatever toppings you have on hand, making it a simple, balanced option to support a more refreshed routine during the week.

INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt, plain, unsweetened
- ¼ cup raw whey protein powder
- 1 small banana mashed
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter, no added ingredients besides salt
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp ground pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp Spice House cinnamon
- ½ tsp maca powder
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao nibs for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the yogurt, protein powder, mashed banana, peanut butter, flax, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and maca.
- Stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. Then portion the yogurt into two bowls to serve right away or into mason jars with lids if prepping ahead of time.
- Top each bowl with 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs right before serving. Do not add them ahead of time or they will lose their crunch!
