My career in mortgage lending began in 1986. Cross trained in processing, underwriting, and closing I saw an overwhelming need and in 1991 I founded Bay Processing Inc., Florida’s first contract processing center with delegated underwriting authority through 5 national lenders. Bay Processing also served 18 Florida Federal Credit Unions via employee training, LOS implementation and product enhancement through the addition and development of wholesale relationships. In 1996 I founded Resolution Mortgage Corp to facilitate the needs of my personal referral clients and grew to serve as the in-house lender for multiple Real Estate Brokers and their agencies. Today, my passion for helping borrowers achieve their home loan dreams continues to be the driving force of my daily activities and love for this business.
