Geneva Financial Welcomes New Chief Growth Officer John G. Stevens to Geneva Corporate
John G. Stevens has officially joined us at our corporate office! John will help continue the outstanding service and human touch that Geneva Financial strives for!
John G. Stevens is married to his best friend Mindy McClure Stevens, and together they have 4 beautiful children. He resides along the base of the Rocky Mountains in Utah, and loves to Fish, Camp, and Kayak.
John has worked in the Mortgage Industry since 2003, and considers this to be the best career choice for the rising group of Millennials.
Within the Mortgage Industry John served as the President of SRE.com. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of SRE Mortgage Alliance inc. John has served as the President of the Utah Association of Mortgage Professionals in 2010, and has served NAMB as: President, Immediate Past President, Vice President, President-Elect, a Delegate for Utah, as PAC Chair, NAMB+ President, Legislative Action Fund Chair, NAMB National Chair, Committee member on the Membership, Bylaws, Policy and Procedures, Nominating, Finance, and Government Affairs Committees. John started on the NAMB Board of Directors in 2011, has served as Vice-President for the 2015-2016 year, President-elect for the 2016-2017 year, and was sworn in as President for the 2017-2018 year. He is now the Immediate Past President, as well as Ethics chair for the 2018-2019 term.
Locally John has served his community as President of the Rotary Club of Pleasant Grove where he has received his Paul Harris Fellow. He has served as Chair of the Pleasant Grove Planning Commission, and Chair of the Utah County Planning Commission. He is honored to have been named an Honorary Colonel in the Pleasant Grove Police.
A recipient of many awards, John G. Stevens has been recognized for over seven years running as one of the 40 most Influential Mortgage Professionals as well as one of the 25 Most Connected Mortgage Professionals. With a profile that is consistently recognized as one of the top 3% most viewed profiles in the world on LinkedIn John is known for his expert knowledge of social media, marketing and personal branding. Because of his experience, passion and dynamic energy, John is often privileged to be invited as a keynote and featured speaker at numerous industry events, motivational conferences, expert panels and business forums.
